By default these analytics are turned off within the machine, you will have to enable.

Click right on the screen at your live view, this will pull up your Quick Menu, choose Main Menu, click on Setting – at the bottom, click on Channel – on the left, and choose “Smart Channel” across the top.

Select the channels you would like to turn on and hit apply, the machine will reboot and then you can enable under the Alarm/Intelligent Detection menu.
