Dashboard Overview:
Switch Account: Similiar to the logout button on the main menu, allows a user to end their current dashboard session to switch to another user account. This is useful if you have more than one user login.
Display By...
Activated: Shows backup bridges that are active with a subscription. A backup bridge that is active operates as normal.
Pending Activation: Shows backup bridges that may be active with a subscription, but have not been either installed yet or fully completed. A backup bridge that is pending activation may operate as normal for up to 90 days if the camera stream has been configured. The license will expire on or after 90 days, and the backup operation will be suspended until activated.
Deactivated: Shows backup bridges that have been canceled along with the subscription. A backup bridge that is deactivated will remain suspended and not perform its normal operation. The backup bridge at a later time, can be reactivated again.
Sort By...
Total Storage: Sorts backup bridges by the total accumulated storage since the date of activation. For instance, a backup bridge with a 10TB hard drive of local storage, may show 40TB of stored data. The 40TB represents the total amount of data stored over a period of time.
Total Events: Sorts backup bridges by the total accumulated events since the date of activation. For instance, a backup bridge with a 100,000 events stored on its local hard drive, may show 500,000 stored events. The 500,000 represents the total events stored over a period of time. When accessing events for retrieval, the entire event history is kept, even if the data is overwritten.
Online Status: Sorts backup bridges based on when they last communicated their online activity. If a backup bridge shows as 0 days, it has been broadcasting within the present day and is online. If a backup bridge shows as 1 day or more, it last communicated over 24 hours ago, and is likely powered off or has a network issue preventing its broadcast.
Backup Status: Sorts backup bridges based on when they last backed up an event. If a backup bridge shows as 0 days, it has backed up an event within the present day and is operating normal. If a backup bridge shows as 1 day or more, it last backed up an event over 24 hours ago, and is likely powered off, has a network issue or limited motion activity has occured to create a backup event.
Name: Sorts backup bridges based on their device name.
Ascending: Based on the sorting parameter, will sort from A-Z or 0-10
Descending: Based on the sorting parameter, will sort from Z-A or 10-0
Has Stored Video: Based on the sorting parameter, will only show backup bridges with created events.
Never Stored Video: Based on the sorting parameter, will only show backup bridges with no created events.
Ignore: Ignores whether events were created or not.
Showing Devices: The dashboard can display up to 50 backup bridges in a single view. If more than 50 are available, selecting the drop down will load the next backup bridges on the dashboard.
