How do I find my Paramont IP cameras that are on a switch that were previously on the plug and play camera ports of my NVR?

Plug a computer (that has an ethernet port or a USB to Ethernet adapter) into the switch that the cameras are in. If they don’t come up (while being in DHCP) in your PC go to the control panel , network and internet, then go to network and sharing center and click on the ethernet hyperlink and click on properties. Then double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) change from ‘Obtain IP address automatically’ to ‘Use the follow IP address’ and change it to match the old IP scheme of the cameras. (IP scheme of the internal NIC of NVR)
