I plug my Paramont camera into the Hikvision NVR and it shows flashing but not connected?

In order to connect this camera to the Hikvision NVR you will need a laptop with our IP Tool 2.0. If this Laptop has an Ethernet port please plug this laptop into one of the open ports on the back of the NVR(you can use an USB to Ethernet adapter as well). Then launch the IP Tool 2.0 It should find the camera with its default address of 192.168.226.201. After it has been found, select it and then modify it to match the scheme of the internal IP which should be in the scheme of 192.168.254.X. Once changed, type in the password of the camera and click modify. In the recorder now you will need to change the port from plug and play to manual, switch the protocol to ONVIF port to 80 and then type in the password of the camera.
