Stored Credentials

Stored Credentials:

Allows multiple login accounts to be stored, and accessed during login. If you have more than one login account, this is useful to setup.

Display stored credentials at login: Will display a drop down at login to select the stored connections you created.

Remove Connection: Removes the stored connection when an existing connection is selected from the dropdown.

Stored Connections: Select 'Add New Connection...' to create a new stored connection. Select an existing connection to edit or remove a connection.

Database Servers: Choose a database server of where the account is hosted from.

Connection Name: The connection name can be anything (Ex: NYC Properties).

User Name: The email address or user name of the account.

Password: The password of the user account.

Server: The server name of the account.

Primary Connection: When checked, will select this account in the drop down at login as the default connection.

Add / Update Connection: Saves the connection.

Erase All: Deletes all stored connections.

Selecting stored credentials at login:

When selecting the stored connection name, you will see a drop down appear with other connections stored. Selecting the connection will load the connection data.

 

Important Info:

If using more than one database server, Stored Credentials in Local Settings will need to be enabled.

Unchecking 'Display stored credentials at login', if you still have credentials stored will not delete them.
