Streaming Bandwidth & Users:
Live view supports up to 5 streaming users at a time, or 80 camera streams at once per location. The backup bridge will automatically throttle bandwidth by reducing frames per second and/or quality, based on concurrent users or camera streams. However, depending on if the upload speed at the backup bridge location is poor, or the download speed at your location is poor, you may need to adjust streaming settings in your own session, if you are experiencing constant buffering.
(Note: Resizing the application or expanding a camera stream can increase bandwidth, as well as briefly pause stream. This is operation normal.)
Adjusting stream settings:
(Note: These settings only affect your user session, and not other users.)
Select the 'Streaming Priority' dropdown:
High Performance: Allows the backup bridge to make performance a priority, and auto-adjust when necessary.
Maintain Stability: Forces the backup bridge to make stability a priority.
Reduce Bandwidth: Forces the backup bridge to reduce bandwidth drastically.
Very Limited Bandwidth: Forces the backup bridge to assume bandwidth is very poor, and provide what is minimally required.
Select the 'Buffer Duration' dropdown:
Buffer Duration: Increasing the buffer duration will reduce instances of buffering, but delay a real-time stream. Decreasing will allow a more real-time stream, but if bandwidth is not optimal, buffering can occur more often.
Other Settings:
Use HD: Request a high definition resolution stream. This can substantially increase bandwidth during large resizing.
Camera Names: Always show camera names or only show camera names when the mouse is scrolled over a stream channel. This preference affects all sites when viewing live.
Bandwidth & Users:
You will be able to see which users are viewing the location, their approximate geographical location, and the amount of bandwidth each user is utilizing on the network of the backup bridge.

If you scroll over a user, you can see their current IP address, and their approximate location.
Total Streams In Use: The total amount of cameras streaming to all users.
Server Max Frames Per Second: The maximum frames per second the backup bridge can send for live streaming.
Current Stream Frames Per Second: The current frames per second being sent from the backup bridge for live streaming. This may show lower than the maximum frames per second available to send, if the backup bridge is throttling bandwidth due to concurrent users or many streams in use.
Total Bandwidth Usage: The total upload speed being used on the backup bridge for all users.
Per User Bandwidth Usage: Each users current upload speed being used on the backup bridge. A max of 5 users will display.
Important Info:
Live stream will automatically close when too many instances of buffering are caused continuously.
Resizing & expanding a camera stream will increase bandwidth usage.
