Vault Portal Error Codes:
When an error appears in the Vault Portal, it is displayed on the top of the application with an error code
ER 01: "No Internet has been detected. Internet is required to install this application (er.01)."
* Check your internet connection on your workstation.
ER 02: "A connection error occured when connecting to the server address. Please verify the address you entered is valid (er.02)."
* There may be a typo in the database server address on your workstation. Fully re-installing the application can correct this.
* Your firewall or antivirus could be preventing access to the database server address.
* The database server may be offline.
ER 03: "Could not validate authentication file (er.03)."
* Your firewall or antivirus could be preventing access to the database server address.
* A Windows permissions issue for path: 'C:\ProgramData\InVidTech-CCTV\'.
ER 04: "Connection denied on TCP port to server (er.04)."
* Your IP address is blacklisted.
* A temporary port connection issue.
ER 05: "Server authentication is invalid (er.05)."
* Encryption security information is incorrect.
ER 06: "Name denied on TCP port to server (er.06)."
* Port socket temporary error.
ER 07: "Connection to the TCP port timed out (er.07)."
* Your firewall or antivirus could be preventing access to the database server port.
* A temporary port connection issue.
ER 08: "The account information you entered is incorrect (er.08)."
* The email address or user name entered is not correct.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 08.1: "The user account selected could not be loaded. If the account was recently deleted or modified, it may take a few seconds to refresh cache (er.08.1)."
* The change made on the user account is still processing on the server. Try again in a minute.
ER 08.5: "The company selected could not be loaded. If the company was recently deleted or modified, it may take a few seconds to refresh cache (er.08.5)."
* The change made on company group is still processing on the server. Try again in a minute.
ER 09: "The email information is invalid (er.09)."
* The email address or user name entered is not correct.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 10: "The password is invalid (er.10)."
* The password entered is not correct.
ER 11: "The account has been set as disabled within your organization (er.11)."
* The user account has been disabled from accessing the Vault Portal.
ER 12: "The account has been set as suspended. Please administrator support for assistance (er.12)."
* The user account has been suspended.
ER 13: "The dealer ID could not be found (er.13)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 14: "The dealer ID is invalid (er.14)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 15: "You must be assigned as an administrator under your InVidtech-CCTV account to install the client software (er.15)."
* An adminstrator account is required to install the Hybrid-PRO software.
ER 16: "You do not have any licenses left to activate a client workstation. Please contact InVidTech-CCTV to purchases additional licenses (er.16)."
* No licenses are available to install Hybrid-PRO software.
ER 17: "This machine has already been associated with another dealer account that you do not have access to (er.17)"
* The Hybrid-PRO software is already assigned to another dealer account and needs to be removed in order to re-assign the bridge.
ER 18: "The machine ID could not be found (er.18)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 19: "The machine ID is invalid (er.19)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 20: "The serial code you entered is not correct (er.20)."
* The serial code for the Hybrid-Pro software installation is wrong.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 21: "The serial code you entered is invalid (er.21)."
* The serial code for the Hybrid-Pro software installation is unrecognizable.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 22: "The serial code you entered has been activated already (er.22)."
* Another serial code is required since the one you entered has been used.
* The request sent to the server wasn't received. Try again.
ER 23: "The address you have entered is already in the list (er.23)."
* The alert email address already exists.
ER 24: "The address you have entered is already in the list (er.24)."
* The alert email address already exists.
ER 25: "Your current role access cannot edit this user (er.25)."
* You will need to be assigned a higher user tier to make changes.
ER 26: "Your user access cannot manage these settings (er.26)."
* You will need to be assigned a higher user tier to make changes.
ER 27: "A server error occurred while accessing the manufacturer database. (er.27)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
ER 28: "Camera stream configuration failed to update. (er.28)."
* An error exists within the dashboard and requires support.
ER 29: "The selected configuration cannot be modified. Copy configuration to a 'User Live Stream' for editing. (er.29)."
* Copy to a different stream bank.
ER 30: "The selected configuration cannot be modified. (er.30)"
* This stream bank cannot be overwritten.
ER 31: "The same stream configuration cannot be selected during a copy. Choose another configuration. (er.31)"
* Copy to a different stream bank.
ER 32: "This stream configuration cannot be cleared. (er.32)"
* This stream configuration cannot be overwritten.
ER 33: "No stream configuration exists. Copy an existing configuration, or import to create a new configuration. (er.33)"
* Create or import a camera configuration.
ER 34: "No recording stream configuration exists or has been intially uploaded. (er.34)"
* Create or import a camera configuration.
ER 35: "This configuration cannot be edited, and is reserved for users that require no live streaming access. (er.35)"
* This stream configuration cannot be overwritten.
ER 36: "The stream could not be initiated on the device. Check device status. (er.36)"
* Check if the backup bridge is offline or has a network problem.
* Your firewall or antivirus could be preventing access to the streaming server.
* Check the bandwidth at the backup bridge location.
* Check the bandwidth at your location.
* The issue is temporary and you will have to try again.
ER 37: "Too many concurrent streams already connected at once. (er.37)"
* There are already 80 streams in use. Users must reduce the amount of streams.
* Remote reboot the unit to force users off.
ER 38: "Too many concurrent users already connected at once. (er.38)"
* There are already 5 users streaming. A user must disconnect.
* Remote reboot the unit to force users off.
ER 39: "A layout name is required to save a new layout. (er.39)"
* Choose a layout name.
ER 40: "An existing layout name already exists, delete existing layout or choose a different name. (er.40)"
* Choose a unique layout name or delete the existing name.
ER 41: "Close out of other open menu's to allow the layout menu to open. (er.41)"
