Why is my NAT failed on my Paramont Recorder?

This could be caused by many things but a couple quick things you can try would be to make sure your network in the back of the recorder is plugged in, check to make sure the DNS under settings>network isn’t set to obtain DNS automatically we recommend filling in googles DNS which for the preferred would be 8.8.8.8 and the alternate 8.8.4.4 and then lastly you could attempt to reboot your router then reboot your recorder sometimes this fixes it as well. If those things don’t work out I would recommend reaching out to our tech support.
