Sending an email to techsupport@invidtech.com is the quickest way to get a response — but please complete the 3 steps below first!
Tech Support hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday. Emails are usually monitored until around 7:00 p.m., and responses may be provided after hours when a technician is available.
How to reset a password on the Paramont Series Recorders

- Step 1
Select start button(circle with four squares as displayed in photo) and click Login

- Step 2
Ensure the username displays admin, and select retrieve password as the photo indicates.

- Step3
Select Dynamic Password (unless you have an answer to the security question) once at the dynamic password screen, either contact tech support at 631-388-5700 option 3, and provide the info to tech support, or send a screenshot to techsupport@invidtech.com of the dynamic password screen so we can provide you with a dynamic password.
